The Minister’s Young Achiever Award went to Rowena Nicholls, 32, who is the owner-operator of Flinders Island Car Rentals. Rowena has grown the business to now employ three people, and she contributes greatly to regional tourism through her work with the Flinders Island Tourism Association.
